My goal is to design a coaching arrangement that will meet your individual needs. Typically, I meet with clients two or three times per month. Coaching sessions run 45 to 60 minutes and can occur over the phone, via Skype or in-person. I ask for an initial three month commitment, so that we have enough time to fully immerse ourselves in the coaching experience. Fees vary, depending on frequency and length of coaching commitment.
At the start of a coaching relationship, coaching begins with a "discovery" session. The discovery session typically lasts 90 minutes and provides an opportunity for us to establish contexts, set goals and design how we want to work together. The discovery provides an opportunity for me to learn about you and how I can best support you as your coach. Between sessions, you will have questions to reflect on or actions to take as part of your coaching commitment. I also provide support via email or phone in between sessions.
